Premium Package includes:

  • A group & community setting combined with personalized training
  • Fitness activities include: Kickboxing, Tabata, Weight Training, Pilates and Yoga, Foam Rolling – the programming will be a mixture of cardio, strength, flexibility and nutrition to support the workouts
  • Multiple group fitness options per week - subject to change
  • Opportunity for individualized programing - an additional fee based on in person/virtual
